This product is a finished double-sided adhesive tape with a Laid Scrim carrier​ — an aggressive, clear PES/PVA scrim​ coated on both sides with a modified, solvent-free, water-based acrylic adhesive, paired with a 90 g siliconized paper release liner. An aggressive clear PES/PVA scrim tape coated on both sides with a modified solvent free water based acrylic adhesive. Gold 90 gram siliconized paper release liner. The adhesive system of this double sided tape has excellent tack combined with high adhesive strength. Bond well to nearly all materials, even to difficult surfaces like foams, PE and PP films.

Primary Use: Double-Sided Mounting, Splicing & Bonding Tape

Bond Difficult Surfaces Reliably

The solvent-free acrylic adhesive has excellent tack on low-surface-energy substrates like PE, PP, and foams — eliminating the need for primers or surface treatment in many mounting and splicing jobs.

Provide Dimensional Stability & Tear Resistance

The scrim carrier prevents the tape from stretching during unwind, die-cutting, or shear loading, so die-cut shapes and splice joints stay in registered position — critical for automated assembly and precision converting.

Replace Conventional Carriers in Foam & Film Laminations

Where traditional film carriers would add stiffness or fail to bond to porous/foam substrates, the open scrim structure allows the adhesive to key through and bond directly to the substrate — useful for foam-to-metal, foam-to-film, and non-woven-to-plastic assemblies.
