The regular supply of non-woven reinforcement and laminated scrim is 12.5×12.5mm,10x10mm,6.25×6.25mm, 5x5mm,12.5×6.25mm etc. The regular supply grams are 6.5g, 8g, 13g, 15.5g, etc. With high strength and light weight, it can be fully bonded with almost any material and each roll length can be 10,000 meters.
The core application of this composite (fiberglass scrim + fiberglass tissue) is as the carrier / reinforcement substrate in bitumen membranes, SBS/APP modified bitumen, roof underlayment, and facade/insulation facings. It is delivered as a scrim-laminated tissue or composite mat stack to:
The tissue face takes bitumen evenly, while the scrim underneath arrests tear initiation and adds multi-directional tensile — preventing the membrane from splitting during torch application, foot traffic, or substrate movement.
The composite is tougher than tissue-alone, resisting creasing, edge fray, and roll-collapse during unwind, layup, and torching — useful for premium modified-bitumen lines and export roofing programs.
The scrim’s low elongation keeps the membrane from cupping, wrinkling, or drifting at lap edges as the assembly heats/cools or seasons — preserving lap-seal integrity on roofs and facades.

This fiberglass laid scrim (and its tissue-composite form) is also extensively applied in:
Laid scrim can be used as basic materials to produce truck cover, light awning, banner, sail cloth etc.
