Primary Use: Mid-Fine Grid Reinforcement for Foil, Non-Woven, PVC & General Laminating

The core application of this 1.6×1.6 ENDS (6.25×6.25 mm) polyester laid scrim is as the hidden tensile grid laminated into or between​ foil–kraft, non-woven mats, PVC flooring carriers, and light technical textile stacks where a converter wants balanced tear arrest at moderate GSM without grid telegraph. It is laminated into the host stack to upgrade mechanical performance at very low added weight, turning fragile or limp substrates into composites that survive handling, converting, and in-service loads. 6.25×6.25 mm sits in the regular supply​ mid-fine slot on the site’s data sheet (alongside 12.5×12.5 / 10×10 / 5×5 / 12.5×6.25 mm), making it a default mid-density option for general laminating programs.
